Ad van Aart
Ad van Aart is a visual artist and sound artist. He uses materials that are less obvious for a sculptor. At thrift shops and similar places, he collects the most diverse objects, which inspire him to create spatial objects and installations. He works, among other things, with organ pipes and blowing vacuum cleaners. With these he builds sound sculptures that the public can operate and play themselves. The sound these objects produce is an extra dimension in his sculptural work.
