Custom software development

Custom software from a small studio in Amsterdam. We don’t sell hours; we make work more effective. We design custom software that saves time and improves day-to-day work. Here are two examples.

Paying a commission to find a new guest makes sense. Continuing to pay it every time that guest comes back does not. That’s why we built restaurant reservation software: a Book button on the restaurant’s website and Google listing, a fixed monthly fee starting at €24, zero commission per cover, no-show protection, and an AI assistant that reads the actual reservation diary. The official WordPress plugin is free, forever. Try everything for 14 days, with no credit card required.

Maximise revenue: time-slot discounts turn quieter periods into new earning opportunities.

Cooking schools and studios sell seats, not tables. With mee-class, guests choose a date, pay online and enter with a QR code. For online classes, guests abroad can also see the time in their own time zone. The photos aren’t tucked away in a gallery: an animated slider brings them to the foreground before visitors even reach the calendar.

Custom software development

Tell us about the problem. We’ll tell you honestly whether the right solution is one of our WordPress plugins, custom development or a different approach. If software is the answer, we’ll build and maintain it for you.

Web agencies and consultants who build websites for restaurants can resell mee-table to their clients. They earn 30% of the fee in year one, 20% in year two and 10% from year three onwards, for as long as the restaurant remains a customer.

The programme is also open to professionals in other sectors and to people who know restaurant owners interested in improving reservation management. Commissions are paid monthly on fees actually collected.
